The Folio Diary 2022

The Folio Diary 2022, in a week-to-view hardback, showcases some of the most talented artists and illustrators from previous Folio editions, including Vector That Fox, Robert Carter and Kingsley Nebechi.

The Folio Diary 2022 celebrates the art of illustration from recently published editions with a plethora of different artwork styles and techniques, from traditional media such as pen and ink, scraperboard, gouache and oil painting, to the latest in digital rendering. Each of the twelve stunning artworks is presented as a full page at the beginning of the month, before being displayed in sections across the weekly views. The selection includes one of Robert Carter’s award-winning illustrations for The Godfather, a stunning portrait from Noughts & Crosses by artist Kingsley Nebechi, a dramatic scene depicted by Jo Breese (AKA Vector That Fox) in Jurassic Park and one of Andrew Davidson’s stylish illustrations from Five Little Pigs.

There are useful page calendars for 2022 and 2023, as well as monthly notes pages, and the Diary is bound in textured paper and blocked with a striking metallic design by typography and lettering artist Jamie Clarke.
